Role Overview

Support Dana Aftermarket’s sales organization by improving the way sales teams access tools, content, training, and customer-facing resources. This role supports the development and maintenance of a structured sales enablement program that strengthens sales effectiveness, supports customer onboarding, improves CRM adoption, and accelerates growth.

What You Will Do

Develop, launch, and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement program, create and improve a sales playbook, lead sales-related initiatives, support Salesforce tool integration, develop sales content, build and manage Showpad content, and manage the Preferred Partner Growth Plan.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, sales operations, or sales support
  • Experience developing sales tools, playbooks, training materials, and certification or learning programs
  • Proficiency with e-learning tools, content development, and training implementation
  • Prior experience in a sales or sales support role is preferred
  • Knowledge of Sandler Sales Methodology or comparable sales training frameworks is preferred
  • Experience supporting sales teams with Showpad, Salesforce, or similar sales enablement and CRM platforms is preferred
