Role Overview

The Director, Growth & Innovation (DBSL) partners with business and functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and apply DBS tools to drive measurable and sustainable improvements in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, and Growth.

What You Will Do

Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in QDCI and Growth objectives, provide DBS training and coaching, and facilitate Policy Deployment and Daily Management processes.

Requirements

• Significant practitioner experience in functions/areas supporting DBS
• Demonstrated proficiency applying lean or growth principles

• Excellent customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills
