HR Generalist, Global GTM

Role Overview

Dandy is hiring an experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. The HR Generalist will be the go-to HR partner for GTM employees and managers, working closely with HRBPs, leadership, and other internal functions to ensure every employee has a seamless experience with People systems, processes, and policies.

What You Will Do

Provide timely, accurate, and professional HR support to employees and managers, resolving issues independently and escalating only when a matter falls outside established policy. Develop deep expertise in Dandy policies and practices so teammates and managers can rely on you for high-quality guidance on employee relations matters.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar position
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• Ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees
• Experience implementing and enforcing HR policies and processes
• Experience managing HR investigations and leading Employee Relations actions
• Comfort using data and analysis to inform recommendations and measure impact
• Thorough knowledge and application of relevant legal and compliance regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)
• Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills
