Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will partner directly with Operations, Sales, Transport, and Customer Service to use data to uncover opportunities, improve profitability, and help teams make smarter decisions every day. This is a high-visibility role for someone who is curious, resilient, and ready to get into the detail.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will turn operational and commercial data into clear, practical recommendations, support profitability analysis, help evaluate RFPs and contract renewals, and contribute to monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and business cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting, commercial finance, FP&A, corporate finance, business partnering, or a related analytical finance role
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis
• Exposure to an ERP system; SAP, Enwis/Tegos, or similar experience is beneficial
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI/reporting tool is an advantage
