090L – Data Engineer (Neo4j / Graphs / RAG) · SemiSenior · Remoto · ARG

We are seeking a Data Engineer with experience in Neo4j, Knowledge Graphs and RAG architectures to join a high-impact project linked to a platform of legal, tax, accounting and regulatory intelligence. The position combines responsibilities typical of Data Engineering with an advanced component of semantic modeling in graphs.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Engineer, Data Platform Engineer, Graph Data Engineer or similar.
• Advanced experience working with Neo4j, ideally version 5.x or higher.
• Cypher mastery, including complex queries, optimization, subqueries, APOC and good performance practices.
• Experience modeling data in property graph schema for complex domains.
• Ability to transform conceptual models, taxonomies or ontologies into productive data structures.
• Experience building ingestion pipelines, transformation, validation and data updating pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and massive data loading towards databases.
• Experience using Python or Node.js for integration, automation or pipeline development.
• Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, vector search or RAG architectures.
• Experience working with vector indexes or hybrid retrieval.
• Good criterion for designing scalable, maintainable and observable structures.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams, especially Data Science, Backend, NLP or Computer Vision.
• Good technical documentation and clear communication to explain modeling decisions to technical and non-technical profiles.
• Autonomy to take ownership of a technical component from design to productive evolution.
