Sales Operations Specialist

At Data#3, we bridge the gap between complex technology solutions, supply chains, and customer outcomes. We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Specialist to join our Brisbane team, driving high-value support across hardware, pricing, and data.

In this role you will:

• Support Account Executives with quotes, pricing and product information
• Navigate End User Compute product spec sheets, identifying component compatibility and suitable product substitutions
• Use Excel to import, manipulate, reconcile, and troubleshoot large operational and product datasets.
• Validate pricing, product codes and quotes against customer requirements
• Liaise with vendors and distributors to track supply chains, lead times, stock availability, and backorders.
• Ensure high accuracy across product codes, customer contracts, and order fulfilment workflows.

About You

• Background in sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, or IT product administration.
• Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reconciliation).
• Working knowledge of End User Compute technology products (desktops, notebooks, displays, and accessories).
• Understanding of tech supply-chain logistics, vendor pricing structures, and order lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exposure to SQL or querying data tools is an advantage, but not essential.
