Technical Enablement Specialist – Field Engineering Onboarding

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to lead and advance how we onboard new Field Engineers at Databricks. This role will develop the future of technical GTM Onboarding in the era of AI and innovate a highly-scaled program with a builder mentality.

What You Will Do

Reimagine Field Engineering Onboarding and serve as the technical innovation engine for ramping technical GTM teams. Build, ship, and accelerate AI-native onboarding experiences, avoiding manual, one-size-fits-all approaches with tools that scale globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a GTM role, including solution engineering or solution architecture, post-sales or delivery, GTM enablement, or GTM Onboarding in a hyper-growth SaaS/AI environment
• Deep technical skills and strong knowledge of a Field Engineering organization
• A sharp instinct for field-readiness and the judgment to design a ramp that gets someone there fast
• Demonstrated ability to own high-impact and scaled programs over time, with outsized outcomes as an individual contributor
• Experience building technical enablement or internal tools with AI (skills, apps, or content) and demonstrated ability integrate AI into programmatic workflows
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners
• Exceptional communication. You make complex technical concepts land for a technical audience across every role and tenure
