FP&A Analyst, Cloud Finance

Role Overview

The FP&A team analyzes company financial data to support business growth and success. This role sits within hosting cost and cloud margin reporting, reporting directly to the FP&A Manager.

What You Will Do

Own key components of recurring reporting, close, and forecasting processes for hosting cost and cloud margin function. Partner with Engineering, FinOps, Capacity Planning, and Vendor Management through a financial lens.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Become proficient with financial planning, cost monitoring, and BI tools, including Pigment, Snowflake, Metabase, and Datadog’s own Cloud Cost Management (CCM) product. Clear growth path into broader cloud finance and FinOps scope.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a Cloud Finance/FinOps-adjacent role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Strong Excel skills, including comfort working within large, formula-driven models
