Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision making across the organisation. The role involves building and shaping the organisation’s Business Intelligence capability, transforming complex business data into meaningful commercial insight through intuitive, enterprise-quality reporting solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and develop enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports, build scalable semantic data models, create intuitive self-service reporting solutions, and develop and maintain Azure-based data pipelines and ETL processes.

Requirements
- Advanced Power BI development experience
- Strong SQL and database optimisation skills
- Experience designing robust data models
- Excellent knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
- Experience developing ETL processes
- Strong understanding of Azure data services
- Knowledge of data warehousing principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent understanding of data governance and data quality
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to challenge assumptions using data
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to translate complex analysis into practical business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organised with a proactive, self-starting approach
- Curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
