Brand Manager

As Brand Manager supporting Main Event, you’ll orchestrate a year-round experience engine that keeps guests coming back for more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of overall brand/marketing experience
  • Restaurant industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication & presentation skills – able to articulate the brand POV and gain alignment across the organization.
  • Strong creative nature & ability to deliver creative feedback rooted in strategy.
  • Expert collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Ops, Data Analytics, Legal, Culinary teams), external partners and ability to manage up to internal leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, contracts & budgets.
  • Business acumen – understanding of how to build a calendar strategy to deliver against short- & long-term sales goals.
  • Proven ability to monitor brand promo performance and track KPIs for optimizations and future learnings.
