Dave is a financial app on a mission to build products that level the financial playing field. The company is looking for a Sr. Product Designer, Growth to help design new acquisition and growth products and feature iterations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products
- Strong experience taking products or major features from idea to launch
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, strong craft, and iteration over time
- Deep expertise in mobile-first design
- Strong visual design paired with practical UX judgment
- Fluency in Figma and modern, AI-augmented design workflows
- Clear, thoughtful communication with cross-functional partners
