Manager, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

Role Overview

The Manager, Revenue Operations (ROPS) will lead a team of analysts focused on delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support to key stakeholders across and beyond Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, revenue cycle knowledge, analytical agility, and leadership capability.

Drive business performance & strategy, establish team priorities, goals, and success metrics aligned to broader organizational objectives. Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
• Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, or business intelligence teams and initiatives
• Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication
