Manager, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Yield Optimization team. DaVita is a rapidly growing Fortune 200 Healthcare Services company and a leading provider of kidney care in the United States. The Yield Optimization Team is a high-impact, widely-respected team that has a high concentration of talent in its members and leaders.

What You Will Do

As a Manager, you will lead the development of strategic recommendations across the Revenue Operations group key focus areas, e.g. revenue strategy, process improvements, and operations innovations. You will interface with Revenue Operations, Finance, and field operations to ensure revenue-maximizing processes and strategies are developed and executed.
