Revenue Operations Supervisor (Collections)

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the day-to-day operations of a revenue cycle team. This includes meeting operational metrics objectives established by leadership and directly supervise a team of 10-15 teammates. What You Will Do

Directly supervise a team of 10-15 teammates each responsible to execute on an assigned portfolio of patients accounts, Use strong problem-solving skills to assist team in issues within the portfolio, as well as identify and resolve areas of opportunity within the portfolio, collaborating with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years related supervisory experience required
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Healthcare revenue cycle management experience
