Lead the modernization of revenue cycle applications and drive enterprise adoption of modern ways of working in a rapidly growing healthcare services company.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for DaVita’s core Revenue Operations technology ecosystem, partner with IT architecture and engineering leadership, and establish product operating models and governance processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven success leading large-scale technology modernization or cloud transformation initiatives
- Experience partnering closely with software engineering, enterprise architecture, data, and platform teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving both business and technology stakeholders
- Experience driving organizational change management and enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology investment and process transformation
