Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will work with a team of highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals and is expected to effectively lead work streams with dependencies on many different business units, collaborate well throughout the organization, and communicate recommendations to senior executives.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: leveraging a hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities, developing infrastructure around data, tools and processes to create sustained organizational capabilities, and presenting comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences.

Requirements

• Experience leading others
• Experience driving transformational change through teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
• 5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles
• Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred
