Senior Program Manager – Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Sr. Program Manager of Revenue Operations leads cross-functional projects that enhance and scale revenue-generating processes, tools, and performance. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution, integrating data and insights to influence decisions, and ensuring sustained impact across the revenue lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in Revenue Operations, Finance, or Analytics-related functions.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and strategic importance.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Microsoft applications.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into action.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (e.g., understanding of reimbursement models or medical billing).
