Supervisor, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented leader who has proven success in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for daily operational oversight and directing teammates to ensure processes are being completed as expected, team is meeting critical KPI’s to ensure timely and accurate insurance verification and coverage setting to maximize payments for life-sustaining dialysis services.

What You Will Do

Ability to prioritize and triage in a fast-paced environment, serve as escalation agent for team and partners to resolve questions or concerns with a high level of quality customer service, develop staffing plans that promote the most effective use of resources to ensure metrics and goals are achieved consistently with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• Revenue cycle experience preferred especially knowledge of various types of insurances along with coordination of benefits.
• Supervisory experience demonstrating willingness, desire, and ability to supervise with aptitude for coaching, mentoring, training, and developing teammate skills
• Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and to foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
• Demonstrated strengths in teambuilding and leadership skills
• Critical thinker with demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, draw conclusions, solve problems, prepare and implement action plans, and lead improvement initiatives
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
