Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across project delivery and ongoing service operations, owning outcomes from initial construction through to live SLA performance. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of project management, technical delivery, and client relationship management.
What You Will Do
The role involves leading virtual delivery teams, managing the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects, and being accountable for service quality once the facility is live.

Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in the data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction, with direct exposure to project delivery and client management.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL frameworks, and SLA management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from construction through to live operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, required for client and stakeholder engagement across DayOne’s Mandarin-speaking customer base.
