Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will be the person sales leaders turn to for an honest read on the business, providing a clear, candid view of performance, pipeline health, and risk, paired with a recommendation on what to do next.
What You Will Do
You will own the Read on the Business, provide sales leaders with a clear, candid view of performance, pipeline health, and risk, paired with a recommendation on what to do next. You will also lead deep-dive analysis on funnel trends, stalled deals, and whitespace opportunities, and translate findings into decisions rather than presentations.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside frontline sales leaders to establish best practices and ensure they are adopted and sustained. You will also contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation, grounded in historical performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth technology environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill them into a clear, actionable recommendation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to sales and executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying role (BDR, SDR, or AE) is a strong advantage
- Experience within HR Tech is an asset
