Sr. GTM Automation Specialist

Role Overview

The Sr. Automation Specialist is a strategic, hands-on role within the AI Transformation & Automation team focused on modernizing how Dayforce identifies, prioritizes, and engages prospective buyers. This role combines sales development expertise with AI, automation, data, and technology to build scalable prospecting systems that help our teams determine who to target, why, when, and how.

What You Will Do

Build and optimize AI-powered prospecting and demand intelligence workflows across the Revenue Development organization. Aggregate buying signals, use AI and automation to prioritize accounts, identify the right contacts, conduct research, and recommend the best path into an organization.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Development, GTM Automation, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related B2B sales environment
• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, account prioritization, pipeline generation, and buyer engagement
• Hands-on experience building sales automation, prospecting workflows, or AI-enabled GTM solutions
• Strong experience with sales engagement and CRM platforms, preferably Outreach and Salesforce
• Experience leveraging AI for research, personalization, prioritization, or workflow automation
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to turn data and business signals into actionable sales intelligence
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technology solutions
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills
• Builder mindset with a willingness to experiment, test, learn, and continuously improve
