Role Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will play a vital role in daily activities at Daybreak Foods, Inc., producing operational and financial reporting, and completing timely variance analysis.
What You Will Do
The analyst will be responsible for preparing monthly management financial statements, completing variance analysis, developing and enhancing financial reporting and forecasting processes, and translating business results.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of GAAP practices and standards, and practical experience building data warehouses and utilizing various software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an accredited college
- 3-7 years of FP&A experience
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in industrial, agricultural, or manufacturing environments preferred
