Data Scientist/Data Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist/Data Engineer to evaluate and implement metrics for our organization’s goals, and to support solutions based on LLM integration.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include evaluating metrics, implementing end-to-end metrics, retrieving and combining data, building KPI dashboards, interpreting results, and presenting to teams and management.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Agile/IT processes
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Practical knowledge of GitLab, GitHub, and Gerrit
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in Power BI
• Knowledge of LLM and AI technologies
• Experience in integrating LLM with applications and processes through API
• Knowledge of DORA metrics and understanding of the differences between Lead Time for Changes and Cycle Time
