Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at EpicData, you will work at the intersection of business, data, and processes. You will support customers in a practical way in data strategy projects and guide them to reduce the gap between business and data through strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for data, analytics, and AI solutions.

What You Will Do

Convert data into insights, quickly build prototypes to test ideas and hypotheses at customers, uncover patterns and opportunities in datasets that no one else sees, bring customers closer to their data, help customers develop a concrete data strategy and step-by-step plan, build business cases that show what data, analytics, and AI can concretely deliver, lead workshops where customers think for themselves about their data needs, collaborate, and switch between business language and technical jargon so that everyone understands each other.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You combine a strong business mindset with in-depth knowledge of data analysis, ideally three years of experience in a data-driven role, a business mindset and in-depth knowledge of data analysis, strong technical and analytical skills, and knowledge of front-end tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.

Requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills (Python, R, or SQL) and knowledge of front-end tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau

• Broad technical affinity: you quickly pick up new tools and technologies
• Can easily switch between business and IT
• Communicate fluently in Dutch and English
