Working Student People Operations

Role Overview

As a Working Student in People Operations, you’ll gain hands-on experience in modern People Operations, take ownership of your own topics, and help shape how we work. You’ll support the team, learn the foundations of People Operations, and contribute ideas for improving processes and testing new solutions.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include supporting the People Team in day-to-day operations, taking ownership of your own topics and smaller projects, analyzing existing workflows, and contributing ideas on how AI can be used effectively within People Operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Passionate about people topics and eager to gain practical HR experience
• Work in a structured and reliable way and can keep track of multiple topics at the same time
• Communicate confidently in both German and English
