Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join our Finance team as a key business partner supporting Delinea’s R&D organization and Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Requirements
- Support the Senior Director, Finance in the strategic finance partnership with the CPO and R&D leadership team
- Own assigned workstreams within the R&D business partnership end-to-end
- Proactively surface financial insights, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare high-quality materials for leadership and executive reviews
- Evaluate ROI and financial discipline on strategic initiatives
- Support Pricing & Packaging initiatives with financial modeling and analysis
- Own and lead the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly forecast processes for the R&D organization
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic investment opportunities
- Lead R&D headcount planning and budgeting cycles
- Drive rigorous month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter variance analyses
- Develop and refine scalable reporting and analytical frameworks
- Deliver monthly and quarterly quantitative and qualitative financial analyses
- Identify and lead opportunities to enhance financial planning processes, systems, and controls
- Contribute to FP&A-wide process improvements
- Champion data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor across Finance and the R&D organization
