Delinea is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join its Finance team as a key business partner supporting Delinea’s R&D organization and Chief Product Officer (CPO). The role will own critical workstreams end-to-end, building models, driving forecast processes, and delivering executive-ready analyses, while partnering with senior Finance leadership on the broader CPO/R&D relationship.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, investment banking, accounting, or a related field
- Direct experience supporting technical or R&D organizations (Engineering, Product, Design)
- Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong financial modeling capability and advanced Excel proficiency
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Highly analytical problem-solver
- Collaborative and low-ego working style
- Active user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree a plus
