Associate, People Operations (6 month contract)

Role Overview

The Associate, People Operations will act as the first point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on policies and procedures. The role involves managing employee queries, maintaining accurate data, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality responses.

What You Will Do

The Associate, People Operations will manage a wide variety of queries from employees, execute common services, and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system. The role requires working independently and collaboratively with other teams to deliver timely and high-quality responses.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or at least 6 months of work experience in People Operations and/or HR
• Proven ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritize work in a high-volume, process-driven environment
• Strong system orientation and proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP)
• Hands-on experience working with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Meticulous and quality-driven, with superior attention to detail
• Structured, analytical mindset and ability to translate complex policies into clear guidance for employees
• Discretion, initiative, and team spirit, with ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good understanding of German (B1+)
