Growth and Marketing Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a world-class Growth and Marketing Lead to own, craft, and execute local acquisition and engagement initiatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives on driving growth from the front line.

What You Will Do

Lead local acquisition and retention projects, design and coordinate best-in-class execution for local acquisition, activation and growth strategies, track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Marketing/Brand/Trade Marketing leader roles
• Strong consumer understanding skills, business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation into implementation) with great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights from data into actions
• Technical proficiency in big data analysis and visualiszation (PowerBI/ Looker/Tableau/etc)
• Knowledge of paid, owned and earned media channels (online, off-line)
• Familiarity with budget management and comfortable in tracking and reporting on established growth OKRs/ KPIs
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
