Role Overview

The Growth and Marketing Lead will craft and manage local acquisition and engagement initiatives, working with cross-functional international and local teams to deliver agreed Marketing and Growth OKRs. The role involves leading local acquisition and retention projects, designing and coordinating best-in-class execution for local acquisition, activation, and growth strategies, and tracking and monitoring key growth metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Marketing/Brand/Trade Marketing leader roles
• Strong consumer understanding skills, business acumen, and passion for end-to-end project management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights from data into actions
• Technical proficiency in big data analysis and visualisation (PowerBI/ Looker/Tableau/etc)
• Knowledge of paid, owned and earned media channels (online, off-line)
• Familiarity with budget management and comfortable in tracking and reporting on established growth OKRs/KPIs
• Strong stakeholders management skills across different levels (from analyst to GM)
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
