The Senior Director of MarTech will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Dell’s global marketing technology ecosystem, overseeing platforms that drive personalization, signal-based activation, measurement, and business growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, marketing technology, or digital platforms with senior leadership responsibility
- Proven ownership of enterprise-scale marketing and advertising platforms
- Deep expertise in first-party data, identity, and signal-based marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems and activation workflows
- Experience with privacy, consent management, and data governance
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT, Data, and external partners
- Experience managing large vendor portfolios and multi-million-dollar budgets
- Strategic, execution-oriented leader with strong executive presence
- Technically fluent and business-outcome driven
