Requirements
- Strong academic degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
- Able to run workshops to define requirements and use cases
- Experience of capturing business requirements
- Understanding of CRM processes
- Experience in front-end framework with good knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Able to carry conversations as a consultant with different levels of stakeholders
