Business Development Pricing Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Pricing Manager will lead engagements end-to-end for lower-complexity or lower-TCV Global Operate pursuits, from pursuit team intake through final commercial architecture sign-off. The role will also confirm each pursuit’s pricing status and required baseline commercial model (Time & Materials or Fixed Fee) before layering in any creative construct enhancements.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of the role include conducting core research, designing commercial architectures, coaching pursuit teams, supporting post-presentation feedback, partnering with financial modeling teams, escalating complex questions, and contributing to the evolution of the Deal Coaching methodology.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a professional/consulting services capacity
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Experience supporting or designing commercial models
• Solid financial analysis skills
• Experience presenting analysis to client stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel-based financial modeling
