Role Overview
The Coordinator, People Operations will complete administrative tasks for employee lifecycle events, manage a high volume of requests, and ensure accuracy of employee data. The role is part of the People Operations team, which delivers people inquiry, intake management, program services, and people leader services.
What You Will Do
The HR Representative will complete administrative tasks, manage requests, and respond to queries in a fast-paced environment. They will also provide professional and positive client interactions with employees and Partners.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate working environment (HR, administration/call center, professional services)
- HR Degree/Diploma or relevant degree is preferred
- Proficient with HR systems and technology – experience using a case management system (ServiceNow) and HRIS (PeopleSoft) is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
