Role Overview
Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia is seeking a Manager-level Digital Consulting professional to lead large-scale MarTech and digital transformation programs for clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). The ideal candidate combines management/technology consulting experience, strong program leadership, and deep MarTech expertise.
What You Will Do
Lead large-scale MarTech and digital transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization, act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, and develop digital and MarTech strategies.

Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in management consulting, digital consulting, technology consulting, program management, or digital transformation
- Proven experience managing large-scale MarTech / digital transformation programs
- Strong experience working with FSI clients, ideally banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets
- Strong consulting background with experience managing senior client stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Braze, Pega, or similar
- Strong understanding of areas such as CRM, CDP, marketing automation, personalization, customer journey orchestration, digital analytics, and customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and complex delivery environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
