Role Overview
Dentsu is looking for a media operations professional who can independently manage print and television campaign execution, monitor delivery against release orders, coordinate effectively with publishers and TV channels, perform inventory reconciliation and proration analysis, and leverage advanced Excel skills to provide accurate implementation tracking and insightful reporting.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Media Operations
- Strong understanding of media implementation, release order management, inventory tracking, and campaign execution
- Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, media agencies, publishers, and TV channels to ensure flawless campaign delivery
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing Creative Requisitions (Material Requisitions) for newspapers and magazines
- In-depth knowledge of newspaper artwork sizes, magazine artwork sizes, print area specifications, ad positioning guidelines, mechanical specifications required by publications, square centimeters, column centimeters
- Ability to calculate, verify, and reconcile advertisement sizes against booked inventory
- Thorough knowledge of bleed and non-bleed creatives, trim size requirements, safe area specifications, print area calculations, cut marks and printer marks, artwork file validation prior to release
- Ability to ensure timely submission of creatives and compliance with publisher deadlines
- Ability to closely monitor implementation of Release Orders (ROs)
- Ability to proactively track whether channels are delivering the committed inventory as per the approved schedule
- Ability to conduct periodic implementation reviews during campaign execution
- Ability to identify early signs of under-delivery, assess a channel’s ability to fulfill the balance inventory, perform proration calculations and inventory projections, and escalate risks and recommend corrective actions before campaign closure
- Excellent follow-up skills with channels and agencies
- Highly persistent and detail-oriented in ensuring committed inventory is delivered and discrepancies are resolved
- Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Ability to handle large and complex datasets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, subtotals, filters and advanced filters, conditional formatting, data validation, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, basic dashboard creation and reporting
- Ability to consolidate voluminous campaign implementation data, track released vs. implemented inventory, generate meaningful summaries and exception reports, identify delivery gaps, under-utilization, and campaign risks, and present findings in a clear and concise manner to management
