Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to help manage, optimize, and grow paid digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is not simply a campaign monitoring role. We’re looking for someone who can analyze performance, identify opportunities, recommend next steps, and take ownership of results.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and campaign research. Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion value.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We value specialists who bring recommendations and solutions—not just reports and numbers. You should be able to look at a campaign report and go beyond: ‘Conversions increased by 15% this month.’ Explain: ‘Why did conversions increase? What changed? What worked? What didn’t? What opportunities do you see? What should we test or change next month?’
