Role Overview
As a data scientist, you provide data to make business decisions, develop solutions, and understand member and client behavior. You lead stakeholders in model development projects and complex strategic interventions.
What You Will Do
You will oversee data mining, evaluation, feature engineering, and quality inspection, analyze client and partner business needs, and develop and optimize models and segmentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Academic specialization in a quantitative field (e.g., Certificate, Master’s degree, or PhD)
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
