Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a digital provider, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing agencies and service providers, analyzing and optimizing marketing measures, and leading interdisciplinary projects. You’ll work on a hybrid schedule, with a mix of in-person and remote work.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include planning and steering cross-channel measures, managing agencies and service providers, evaluating performance based on relevant KPIs, and preparing results for the target audience. You’ll also be responsible for leading projects from conception to operational implementation and developing new ideas and measures to increase marketing and sales success.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with experience in marketing or sales, preferably with a focus on campaign management or lead generation. You should have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You’ll also need to have a strong implementation strength and a structured working style.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, marketing, or a comparable field
• Experience in marketing or sales, preferably with a focus on campaign management or lead generation
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• First experience in project management and collaboration with various stakeholders
• Fundamental knowledge in analyzing and optimizing marketing measures based on relevant KPIs
• Safe handling of common office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
