Role Overview

As a Team Leader AI Operations, you will shape the connection between artificial intelligence, automation, and classical IT operations. You will lead and develop a specialized AI operations team in terms of content and discipline.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the stable, safe, and scalable operation of KI-supported applications and platforms. You will establish modern operational models for agent-based IT operations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have completed studies or a comparable education in the field of computer science, business information systems, information technology, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in IT operations, platform administration, or in the field of DevOps or site reliability engineering.

Requirements

• Completed studies or a comparable education in the field of computer science, business information systems, information technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT operations, platform administration, or in the field of DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• First or fundamental leadership experience in technical teams.
• Experience in building and operating automated, high-availability IT platforms.
• A deep understanding of modern AI and automation technologies.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• High communication skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Very good German and good English skills.
