Head of Marketing (B2B Technology Services)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and demand generation efforts across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth, leading the marketing team, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning closely with Sales and RevOps to achieve business goals.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the B2B marketing strategy for the U.S. market. Own Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation and pipeline growth. Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing priorities and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
• 3+ years leading marketing teams
• Experience marketing software development, IT services, consulting, or technology services to U.S. clients
• Proven ownership of lead generation and pipeline targets
• Experience across SEO, AEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and ABM
• Strong experience with HubSpot and marketing analytics
• Excellent written and spoken English
