Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will own paid channels, decide where the money goes, launch and test campaigns quickly, and judge every channel on the quality of the people it brings in.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning Google Search, LinkedIn and Meta, launching new campaigns in days, running tests across audiences, formats and landing pages, and judging channels on what matters to Dex.

Requirements

• Hands on in performance marketing, managing real budgets yourself across paid search and paid social.
• Meta and LinkedIn experience matters most.
• You’ve worked at a tech company, or you’re ready for your first in-house role after a couple of years at a strong agency.
• You care about what happens after the click.
• You’ve optimised for downstream quality, not just cost per lead, and you know how to set up tracking that you trust.
• Comfortable with data.
• You move fast and like owning things.
• You use AI tools daily, and you’re happy building small tools, scripts or agents to do your job better.
• Strong nice-to-haves: You’ve run performance marketing for both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences, ideally at more than one tech company.
