Role Overview

What You Will Do

Maintain and update CRM databases, analyze customer, sales, and marketing data, produce regular performance reports, and assist with CRM system administration.

Requirements

• Experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European/UK commercial organizations
• Expertise working with MedTech/Pharmaceutical CRM and salesforce effectiveness data
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce)
• Desirable experience of leveraging Iqvia OneKey
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks
• Curious and data-driven mindset
• Collaborative team player
• Basic knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, CRM reporting tools)
