Senior CRM & Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior CRM & Data Analyst, you will be part of the CRM & Data LATAM area, acting as a link between business, stakeholders, and technology. The position has a consultative profile, with a focus on organizing demands, prioritizing the backlog, and monitoring deliveries.

What You Will Do

Manage and prioritize the CRM & Data backlog; conduct the survey and refinement of requirements with stakeholders; translate business needs into functional specifications for the technical team; elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules; map processes, data, integrations, and dependencies between systems; conduct alignments with the business, technology, and system owners areas; monitor the development and perform functional validation of deliveries; keep stakeholders informed about priorities, risks, and evolution of demands.

Requirements
