We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and deliver customer and channel strategies for National Key Accounts that bring Diageo’s brand and category strategies to life in-store and online. The role involves developing customer-specific channel strategies, leading customer marketing input into Joint Business Planning, and translating shopper, consumer, and customer insights into executable plans that drive awareness, trial, and conversion.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or Category Management within FMCG or Consumer Goods
- Proven experience managing National Key Accounts (Hypermarket, Supermarkets, CVS, or Large Chains preferred)
- Strong shopper marketing capability with a track record of delivering in-store activation excellence
- Solid commercial and analytical skills, with ability to assess financial impact and ROI
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly competitive environments
- Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Native Mandarin and fluent English (spoken and written)
