Data Analyst – AWS Data Platform

Role Overview

The role requires a strong hands-on experience in data analysis within complex enterprise environments. The candidate should have advanced SQL skills, experience with data profiling, validation, and reconciliation, and the ability to translate business requirements into detailed analytical and data requirements.

What You Will Do

The candidate will analyze data across multiple source systems, identify inconsistencies or anomalies, and define and validate KPIs, measures, and business calculations. They will also work with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI and have a good understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and modern data lake/lakehouse environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in data analysis within complex enterprise environments
• Advanced SQL skills, including querying, joins, aggregations, reconciliation, and investigation of large datasets
• Experience with data profiling, validation, and reconciliation
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed analytical and data requirements
• Ability to analyze data across multiple source systems and identify inconsistencies or anomalies
• Experience defining and validating KPIs, measures, and business calculations
• Good understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and modern data lake/lakehouse environments
• Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business language and actionable insights
