Role Overview

The Business Development Manager drives overall production for an assigned location by generating new business through outside sales, promoting bank products, and ensuring ethical, high-quality procedures. The role focuses on building a strong client base, creating an engaging environment for both customers and associates, and growing the banking center.

What You Will Do

Produces, measures, and manages sales performance while setting strategies aligned with daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Generates the majority of the banking center’s new business by sourcing and developing self-generated leads.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of outside business development or sales management experience required, preferred in the financial services industry.
  • 2+ years banking experience required.
  • Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered, required.
