Role Overview
We are looking for a person who combines organized operational management with experience in regulatory compliance and a passion for improving our team’s experience.
What You Will Do
Implement and track NOM-035 and NOM-037, manage People operations in Mexico, promote engagement and work climate initiatives, and accompany the team in their queries.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in People Operations or generalist Human Resources positions in Mexico, graduates of Psychology Lic., knowledge and practical experience in implementing and tracking NOM-035 and NOM-037, and experience in engagement and work climate measurements.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in People Operations or generalist Human Resources positions in Mexico
- Graduates of Psychology Lic.
- Knowledge and practical experience in implementing and tracking NOM-035 and NOM-037, as well as Mexican labor law compliance
- Experience in engagement and work climate measurements and action plans
- Excel or Google Sheets management and experience in employee administration
- Residence in CDMX
