Role Overview
The Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager will own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power the recruiting function, managing the day-to-day health of the recruiting tech stack, building operational rigor, and partnering with recruiters and People teams to remove friction from the hiring process.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will own the strategy and day-to-day operation of the recruiting systems, build and document repeatable processes, own data hygiene and reporting, partner with recruiters to identify and solve friction points, and work closely with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on shared processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
- hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design
- Strong command of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and recruiting/scheduling tools
- A data-driven approach to program management, with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and translating insights into action
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation (e.g., Zapier, scripts, AI-powered workflows) to reduce manual work
- Excellent communication skills — able to earn buy-in and drive adoption across teams without relying on formal authority
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
