Manager, Software Engineering (Sales Technology)

Role Overview

The Manager of Software Engineering will lead the engineering team responsible for our client asset reporting platform and broader Sales Technology application ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in C#/.NET development, data engineering, systems integration, and AI-assisted software development.

What You Will Do

Hire, coach, develop, and hold engineers accountable. Build technical capabilities and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Set technical engineering direction, prioritize and deliver, own operational health, own engineering risk and security, communicate and align.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing software engineering teams
• Strong software engineering background with the technical judgement to guide architecture, engineering practices, operational reliability, and technical tradeoffs
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering practices and emerging agentic development approaches
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience with C#/.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Snowflake
• Experience translating business and product priorities into engineering direction, priorities, and executable plans
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to understand performance, identify opportunities, and inform decisions
• Experience leading teams responsible for production applications, including operational support, reliability, security, and vulnerability management
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership and non-technical audiences
